2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and provide the Unitly platform
• Coordinate maintenance requests between property owners, property managers, and vendors
• Send transactional notifications, such as maintenance and scheduling updates
• Process Unitly subscription billing
• Maintain, secure, and improve our services
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or misuse
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Property, Vendor, Maintenance, and Communications Data

Property owners and property managers may enter property and vendor information into Unitly to coordinate maintenance work. This can include property addresses, vendor contact and reliability information, maintenance request descriptions and photos, quotes, approvals, completion records, and vendor invoices. Messages exchanged through Unitly's communications features — including SMS and email — are stored so that maintenance activity can be tracked and referenced.

4. Service Providers

We work with third-party service providers that help us operate Unitly, including:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• Stripe, for processing Unitly subscription payments
• Twilio and other communications-infrastructure providers, for delivering SMS messages
• Email-delivery providers, for sending transactional email

These providers are authorized to process your information only as needed to provide their services to Unitly, and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes.

5. Subscription Payment Processing

Unitly subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment card information directly; Unitly does not store your full payment card number. Stripe's use of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

6. SMS Communications

Unitly sends transactional property-maintenance SMS messages concerning maintenance requests, vendor updates, scheduling, quotes, approvals, reminders, and job completion. Message frequency varies based on maintenance activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using Unitly.

Unitly's SMS opt-in form and property-maintenance texting are provided using Twilio and other communications infrastructure providers. These providers process your information only as needed to deliver Unitly's SMS service — for example, to transmit and receive text messages on Unitly's behalf.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers described above, when required by law, or when you direct us to.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
